Location short walk to shops and restaurants, nice Shopping mall and Poland. Excellent staff, admirable services, including a good choice of appetising delicacies. Nicely furnished & new-fashioned unit with 1 double bed, nice bathroom, as example.

Ideal position along with affable staff are the reasons we really enjoyed this functional hotel. Every time we stay in Le Havre, like to stay here...

The hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance to Bassin Vauban. the staff is affable and very friendly, always ready to assist visitors. the hotel is fairly clean. It is conveniently adjacent to Deauville, the train station, bus terminal, ferry terminal, and a shopping mall.

Available near to port.
Room only prepared as a double rather than for the 4 of the family.

Good room size and storage space. Convenient USB ports next to beds. Professional and polite staff. Great location, only a 10-minute walk to city center. Spacious room with separate bedroom, lounge, and bathroom. Easy and secure parking nearby. Separate ticket provided for departure. A respite amidst travel turmoil. Comfortable beds and clean rooms
Nothing bad to say.

We had booked a room with double bed and two singles. On arrival it looked like all we had was a double bed and a sofa bed and not enough towels for 4 people, but once the hotel staff had pulled out the beds we realised they were like two singles. The hotel also then arranged for extra towels etc. If this had been done before arrival it would have prevented the confusion. There were also only enough cups and tea making facilities for 2 people and think there should have been enough for 4

The room was clean. There is "docks" shopping mole in front of this hotel where we can find restaurants. We need to park at outside Vinci parking by 4 euros. Its entrance is just behind the hotel, not so inconvenient.

The hotel had comfy beds and a good breakfast selection. Its location is very convenient- it's just a short walk from the ferry terminal and across the street from the train station. there are plenty of restaurants nearby for a quick bite to eat.
The hotel lacked power outlets in convenient locations and the coffee setup in our room was very basic. we found that there wasn't much to do in the immediate area.

I booked a Superior room with a double bed and 2 singles. There was nothing superior about the room and the 2 singles I specifically asked for was a sofa bed????

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was highly impressed. The location in the city center was absolutely perfect, as I was able to easily access the train and bus stations. This made it convenient for me to explore nearby cities like Honfleur and Rouen. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. They were attentive and always willing to assist me in any way they could. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable king-size bed and a lovely balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The amenities provided, such as the Nespresso machine, bathrobes, and slippers, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great value for money with a spacious room and friendly staff. Convenient location near the train station and within walking distance of attractions.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

Hotel was fine, no issues only the price of the mini bar which is not a massive issue. Might be worth paying extra fot the bigger executive rooms, in my opinion the whole town dosent have anything to offer and wouldnt bother staying there again
